• Final pricing will be confirmed before the journey.

4. Payment Terms

• An advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid as agreed before or during the journey.
• Payments can be made using approved payment methods.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Refund eligibility, if applicable, depends on the time of cancellation and any expenses already incurred.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrive at the pickup location on time.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Smoking, illegal activities, and damage to the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers must follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations.

7. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles are provided only for the agreed itinerary. Changes in destination, additional stops, or route modifications may result in additional charges.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Adrija Travels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation, Adrija Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
